DRAIN AND GREASE TRAP MAINTENANCE

Special Instructions: Grease traps older than 6 months should be cleaned and flushed prior to SEBS application.

For Restaurants with Frequent Frying: Apply SEBS, via an automatic pump, into the grease trap. Apply 5 times a day: early a.m., mid-morning, early afternoon, late afternoon, and late evening; use 10 oz. Per application. Note: Use 10 oz. for each application for the first 4 weeks; after the first 4 weeks, use 5 oz. For each application.

For Restaurants with Moderate Frying: Apply SEBS, via an automatic pump, into the grease trap 4 times a day, using 6 oz. of SEBS for each application; each application should be 6 hours apart. Note: Use 6 oz. For each application for the first 4 weeks; after the first 4 weeks, use 4 oz. for each application.

Maintenance for All Restaurants: Apply SEBS, via an automatic pump, into the grease trap 4 times a day, using 4 oz. for each application; there should be 6 hours between each application.

Final Note: Restaurants using more grease during the weekends may need to increase the dosage of SEBS during that time. Ask your local EST, Inc. representative for more information.
