Phospahatizer-1290 is specially designed for simultaneous cleaning, for removing smut and phospating of steel and certain zinc and aluminum casting prior to painting. Light Oxides from Aluminum prior to conversion coating.

Suitable for simultaneous steam cleaning and phosphating.
Application 1: Effectively applied by spray gun and also designed for automatic dipping system.
Application 2: Permanent phosphatinzing. Phosphatinzing-1290 solution can be heated up to temperatures between 120°F to 220°F where permanent phosphatinzing of certain metal is required.

Phosphatizer-1290 contains blends of organic and inorganic acid solutions, with synergistic surfactant coupled with inhibitors. Do not dilute or mix with any other chemicals.

Eye Contact: Contact with eyes could cause redness irritation and burning. Flush eyes immediately with large amount of water for at least 15 minutes. Wear safe goggles to protect the eyes.
Skin Contact: Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Apply or soak skin in 5% baking soda solution for 10 minutes. If rash or redness appears, seek medical attention. Wear rubber gloves when using this product.
Inhalation: When applying by sprayer or steam methods avoid breathing mist. Use NIOSH approved respirator for protection.
Internal: See physician immediately. Do not induce vomiting. Drink a teaspoon or more of milk of magnesia or baking soda.
