Bio Balance Downhole Drilling Fluid is a member of organic complex oil chemistry. It is designed for downhole drilling that can be used with water based muds, oil based muds, and heavy brine solutions. It is extremely stable at high temperatures.

Bio Balance Downhole Drilling Fluid is an efficient friction reducer for a wide variety of fluid types, including fresh water, sea water, and heavy brines and acids concentrations.

APPLICATIONS

Bio Balance Downhole Drilling Fluid has historically been used in a wide variety of oilfield applications. Because of its excellent friction reduction capabilities, it has been widely used in coiled tubing work over operations and in fracture acidizing. Provides excellent stability and lubricity at temperature above 300°F

In conformance control applications, the Bio Balance Downhole Drilling Fluid provides flexibility in treatment design and superior high temperature stability. At low to intermediate temperatures, it can be readily cross-linked with chromium, aluminum and zirconium ions to produce gels for profile modification or water shutoff. At high temperatures, it can be readily cross-linked with various organic systems, including phenol-formaldehyde, resorcinol-formaldehyde, and phenyl acetate- HMTA or Hydroquinone-HTMA, and various minerals. Suggestion Use Rate: Calculate the concentration of the slug put in gallons. Multiple the amount of gallons by 5%. That number is the number of gallons of Bio Balance Downhole Drilling Fluid you should use in your slug pit.
