Silane Seal – 50 WB

Penetrating, Polysiloxane base water repellent for lime stone pre-cast and concrete surfaces.

Primary Use: Silane Seal-50 WB is made to use on concrete decks, bridges parking garages, limestone and smooth pre cast surfaces.

Features: Long lasting protection for new as well as old concrete. High Alkali resistance, breathable. Dries fast tack free, non-yellowing and skid resistant. Prevent from spalling and scaling concrete.

Conditions to Avoid:

  • Do not use at or below 40°F temperatures.
  • Caulk all joints prior to application
  • Protect surrounding non-masonry surfaces such as glass aluminum
  • Window frames etc.
  • Do not apply if rain is predicted within 24 hours
  • Store product at room temperature

Surface Preparation: Surface should be free of moisture, dirt, debris oil and stain. Caulk all the joints, cracks, and patch surfaces before applying Silane Seal 50-WB. For old concrete remove tar oil and rust stain high-pressure washer to clean old concrete surface.

Application: Protect all non-masonry surfaces. Surface should be completely dry. New concrete should be allowed to cure at least 14 days before application.

For Horizontal Surface: Apply Silane Seal 50 WB using low- pressure sprayer, roller or brush. Apply at 10 to 20 PSI using airless sprayer if puddles spread out freestanding material till looks even.

For Vertical Surface: Application can be made with low-pressure sprayer using10 to 20 PSI or can be \applied with roller or brush. When spraying Vertical surfaces let the material run down 5 to 10 inches saturating the surface from contact point of spray. Spray again with second application before surface dries.

Curing Time: Silane Seal 50-WB will be touch to dry in 2 to 4 hours, initial cure will be in 24 hours, and maximum cure will reach within 7 days

Clean Up: Use soap and water to clean tools and equipment.

Caution: Silane Seal 50-WB is made to use as is Do Not dilute or alter this product. Protect non-masonry surfaces, like window glass, frame and metal.
