Product Description: Nano Bond Additive is a fusion additive that is designed to use with many various types of metallic clay materials such as, magnesium, calcium, gypsum, aluminum, and most non-metallic clays. Nano Bond Additive is designed to increase bonding and flexural strength.  Each clay material will produce a different type of bonding and curing strength depending on the type and various blends of clay materials.  This is also dependent on the amount of Nano Bond Additive material used.

Technology: Nano Bond Additive is a Hi-Tech water based additive fusion with Nano molecular polymer technology to impregnate into micro particles of clay, gypsum, calcium, silica, mica, perlites, ceramics, all natural minerals, quartz, and most synthetic micro mineral clay-based materials.  This technology permanently alters the original state of micro particles integrally by reactive fusion technology and enhances their outlook and performance.

Performance Characters: Nano Bond Additive is simplified to use with most clay and synthetic dry blends. Use 2 to 4 floz per one pound of dry mix. Nano Bond Additive is a non-reactive and safe to use in conjunction with most bonding agents and additives. Improves moisture requirements while curing. Nano Bond Additive has time-release mechanism that allows precise amount of moisture requirement for initial and final cure. Cured and finish product surface can be painted or sealed with most commonly available products. Also it is safe to use with most mineral base pigments and is designed to use with clay base products.

Limitation: Keep from freezing. Store product at room temperature. Do not mix this product with other chemicals only use as directed.

Storage And Handling: Store this product between 45°F to 80°F for maximum self-life of one year. Keep container close after each use. Light agitation may require after long period of storage. Mix well before use.

Spills And Cleaning: For small spills use warm water and mop to clean floor. For large spills, contained effected areas use wet vacuums to pump excess spills. Rinse or mop floors with clean water. Keep spill from entering floor drains. Product may clog drainpipes. Clean all handling equipments with soap and warm water.
